By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form a legally binding contract to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Kridet Solutions provides credit repair and credit education services, which may include:

• Reviewing your credit reports from the major credit bureaus.
• Identifying inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items.
• Disputing such items with credit bureaus and creditors on your behalf.
• Providing guidance, monitoring, and educational resources.

The specific services provided to you are described in the written service agreement you enter into with us.

Credit repair results vary by individual and depend on the accuracy of the information in your credit file and the responses of credit bureaus and creditors. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, including a particular increase in your credit score or the removal of any specific item. We will not remove accurate, current, and verifiable information from your credit report.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Cooperate with reasonable requests and provide documentation as needed.
• Review the documents and communications we send you.
• Use the Services and website only for lawful purposes.
• Keep any account credentials confidential and not misuse the Services.

Fees for our Services are described in your service agreement. Consistent with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), we do not charge for credit repair services before those services are fully performed.

You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for fees as they become due. Detailed invoices are provided so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

You have the right to cancel your contract with us, without penalty or obligation, within three (3) business days from the date you sign it, in accordance with CROA. To cancel, follow the cancellation instructions in your service agreement or contact us at [email protected] or (800) 628-8197.

You have rights under federal and state law, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Among other rights, you have the right to:

• Dispute inaccurate information in your credit report yourself, free of charge, by contacting the credit bureau directly.
• Obtain a copy of your credit report and to have inaccurate information corrected.
• Sue a credit repair organization that violates CROA.

A full statement of your consumer rights is provided in your service agreement before you sign.

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Kridet Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kridet Solutions and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kridet Solutions from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
